We are excited that so many new clients will be trying our services and offer these tips for redeeming your Bloomspot Tickets.
- Look for the little BLUE sign. We operate out of the Lower Level (basement) of a residental townhouse per DCRA Home Occupation Permit. We are located at 702 K Street NE ACROSS THE STREET from a large apartment building with a Dentist Office. (The New York Avenue Metro on the Red line is 6 blocks away and Union Station is 13 Blocks away. Additional information on getting here located here.)
- Appointments are required and are subject to availability. Please provide your ticket number and purchaser's name when booking online or by phone/email.
- Please fill out an intake form before your first session. Intake form is different for Thai and Pregnancy treatments (see below).
- Please be on time for sessions. Lateness will decrease the duration of the scheduled session with no refunds or rate reductions.
- Please note cancellation and rescheduling policies on tickets. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, your ticket is forefeited.

Tickets have no cash value and no cash back. Entire value must be used in one visit and voucher cannot be combined with any other promotion or offer.

Please review the terms on your ticket regarding:
- treatments available with the ticket (some cannot be used for pregnancy massage);
- use of multiple tickets by one customer; and
- expiration date. (Please plan to schedule your appointment well in advance of expiration date, as appointments with these vouchers will not be taken after expiration date).

Tickets cannot be used to upgrade session to a 90 minute treatment.
- WHEN YOU SHOULD/WILL NOT RECEIVE MASSAGE FROM US (CONTRAINDICATIONS): 1) If you are experiencing any symptoms of cold/flu/or contagious sickness, we REQUIRE you to reschedule with at least 24 hours notice or applicable penalty will apply. We reserve the right to cancel sessions if a client is sick. 2) If you are pregnant, you must wait until your second and third trimesters to book Pregnancy Treatments, as we do not provide massage in the first trimester. 3) DO NOT consume alcohol or drugs before your treatment. We reserve the right to cancel appointments when a client is obviously impaired by alcohol or drugs.
- All massage therapy sessions are non-sexual and proper draping is required to respect the privacy of the client and the massage therapist. Inappropriate behavior or comments will result in the termination of the session and forfeiture of your ticket.
- We adhere to the American Massage Therapy Association® Code of Ethics.
