Infant Massage Therapy Instruction

Learn to massage your baby in a series of private or group classes. Infant massage is one of the most natural and pleasant methods of providing early nurturing touch. Infant massage consists of techniques based on Indian and Swedish massage, reflexology and yoga. Infant massage has numerous benefits for babies and parents. Group classes also provide an opportunity to meet other parents with infants and discuss topics of interest. About the Instructor (Granetta Coleman):

Group Classes
v Open to infants from 4 weeks to pre-crawling
v Three 1 hour classes ($50/infant). Couples welcome.
v Class size is limited so early registration is recommended.
Private Classes
v Open to infants from 4 weeks to crawling
v Two 45 minute to 1 hour classes. Couples welcome.

What to Bring to Class
v Please wear comfortable clothing as techniques are taught on the floor.
v Extra diapers
v Waterproof changing pad/mat
v 2 blankets (one for the baby to lie on & one in case the baby is cold)
v A pillow (optional)
