All massage therapy sessions are by appointment only. Therapists are available for appointments Weekdays and Weekends from 8:00 am to 10:00pm, thus no walk-ins are accepted.
Please fill out an intake form before your first session. You may fill out the intake form (See link to below) and bring it with you to the first session or arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time to fill out the intake form.
Please be on time for sessions. Lateness may decrease the duration of the scheduled session with no refunds or rate reductions.
NOTE: If you are experiencing any symptoms of cold/flu/or contagious sickness, we REQUIRE you to reschedule with 24 hours notice or our standard penalties will apply. If you have any other medical conditions, you may want to call us to assure that massage is appropriate and that your therapist is prepared to give you the best treatment for your condition.
Please provide 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel sessions. A $30 fee will be charged for appointments rescheduled or canceled without 24 hours notice. (This fee does not apply to Bloomspot ticket holders. Clients with these tickets will forfeit their ticket if 24 hours notice is not provided to cancel or reschedule appointments.)
We do not see two clients at the same time.
We do not provide massage for women in their first trimester. Pregnancy massage may be provided for women in their second and third trimesters.
All massage therapy sessions are non-sexual and proper draping is required to respect the privacy of the client and the massage therapist. Inappropriate behavior (such as arriving under the influence of drugs or alcohol) or comments will result in the termination of the session with no refunds or rate reductions.
Payment is accepted in cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
