Policies

All massage therapy sessions are by appointment only.  Therapists are available for appointments Weekdays and Weekends from 8:00 am to 10:00pm, thus no walk-ins are accepted.

 

Please fill out an intake form before your first session.  You may fill out the intake form (See link to below) and bring it with you to the first session or arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time to fill out the intake form.

 

Please be on time for sessions.  Lateness may decrease the duration of the scheduled session with no refunds or rate reductions.

 

Please provide 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel sessions.  A $30 fee will be charged for appointments rescheduled or canceled without 24 hours notice. (This fee does not apply to Living Social Voucher holders.  Clients with these vouchers will forfeit their voucher if 24 hours notice is not provided to cancel or reschedule appointments.)

 

All massage therapy sessions are non-sexual and proper draping is required to respect the privacy of the client and the massage therapist.  Inappropriate behavior will result in the termination of the session with no refunds or rate reductions.

 

Payment is accepted in cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

 

 We adhere to the American Massage Therapy Association® Code of Ethics.
